Hi, I am Patricia Beretta, the founder of Qi Intelligence!
I really enjoy the process of creating this health platform for you. I try to bring together all the things I love doing, and that continue to transform my own life: doing Tai-Chi & QiGong, practicing Acupuncture (RAc) and Shiatsu massage, enjoying physical activities such as Kung-Fu and outdoors adventures, leveraging my Biomedical Engineering background (PhD), and reading exciting articles from modern sciences, as well as learnings from my life’s joys and hardships.I hope you enjoy browsing these pages, including some pictures from my home places in France!
What is Tai-Chi?
Tai-Chi is pronounced “tai chee”.
Tai-Chi forms are series of slow and graceful movements that promote balance and coordination as well as brain health, through natural body alignments
What is QiGong?
QiGong is pronounced “chee gong”. QiGong combines breathing and slow movement practices to develop vital force or Qi, and mental clarity.
